Change in Director’s Shareholding
Prime People plc (the “Company”) announces that on 17th July 2006 John Lewis, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 104 pence per share, increasing his total shareholding to 960,849 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.99% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
