Result of AGM
Prime People Plc, the international real estate management, property and built environment recruitment specialist, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at 11.00am on the 17th July, all the resolutions proposed were duly passed by the shareholders.
Copies of resolutions 8-10, being special resolutions, have been submitted to
