Dugald Macdonald

Bio

Dugald joined Prime People in 2013 and is responsible for driving operational excellence and profitability for the Group. As well as overseeing global commercial and operational functions his remit involves the appraisal of strategic investments.

His professional priority is to make sure our client-facing teams have everything they need at their disposal to deliver exceptional service. Now based in London, Dugald has spent two stints in Hong Kong and, prior to his current position, he managed operations for the Asia business units.

Before joining Prime People, Dugald worked in the technology practice of two leading executive search firms. He holds an MSc in Management and a BA in Philosophy and Spanish from Kings College, London.
